About Daniel
Daniel Florea is the CEO and founder of MaxDev, a software development agency based in Bucharest, Romania. He has been working with WordPress since 2013, and for 8 years he has been building online stores, web applications and integrations for companies in Romania and abroad, with more than 217 projects delivered by the MaxDev team.
His focus is where the online store has to talk to the rest of the business: WooCommerce integrations with ERPs such as SoftOne, Nexus and Oracle, stock and price sync, order automation, invoicing and shipping. His projects include the Forelit B2B platform, which serves more than 700 business customers with zero manually entered orders.
He is a certified Claude Code professional in the Claude Partner Network and uses AI in production projects, from document data extraction to automating repetitive processes. He is a plugin author on WordPress.org, publishing free plugins for Romanian stores, and the creator of Ordova and Praxi, products developed by MaxDev.
In September 2026 he spoke at WordPress Meetup Bucharest with "From product page to checkout", a live audit of where WooCommerce stores lose money. On maxdev.ro he writes about integrations, checkout, performance and automation, based on real projects.
