DOCUMENT EXTRACTION

From a photo to a completed form and a PDF identical to the official template.

In an app for waste transport forms, the user photographs the document or scans a QR code. Claude, using image analysis, extracts the data into validated fields, and the app generates Annex 2 as a PDF aligned with the official template.

PRAXI

An online booking platform, from the backend to the app on Google Play.

Praxi is our product for online bookings. We built the backend (Next.js, Prisma), payments and invoicing with Claude Code, plus the Expo mobile app, approved on Google Play. The product is public: praxi.ro.

HOW WE WORK

The same process, whatever the project.

Claude speeds up the work, but it does not replace checking. This is what stays constant.

1 We start from a real process

We analyze the current flow and identify the repetitive steps, the data involved and where the decision stays human.

2 We build and test on real data

We test on data from your company before launch, not on examples chosen to look good.

3 A human stays in the loop

For decisions with financial impact or customer impact, there is a confirmation step agreed with you.

4 We measure after launch

We track results and fix repeated errors at the source, not just the individual case.

Claude Code is Anthropic's tool for AI-assisted software development. We use it to write, test and review code, and the result stays under a developer's control.

We use AI models through secure APIs, without training public models on your data. We discuss explicitly what data flows where before implementation.

We only show what we have permission to show. Until then, the examples on this page are products we built ourselves.
