Stock is checked in the ERP, the invoice is issued once payment is confirmed, and the shipping label is created with the courier, cash on delivery included. The customer gets delivery updates without anyone copying data between systems.
This is how the platform we built for Forelit works: more than 700 HoReCa customers order online at the prices negotiated in the ERP, for the location and delivery window they choose. If a customer or product is not mapped, the order stops with a visible error instead of going through wrong.
This is how Praxi, our booking platform, works: clients can only pick free slots, the appointment shows up instantly in the team's app, and the confirmation and reminder go out by SMS.
We use Claude in development and in our own products, from AI automation to apps published in the app store.
We publish free plugins for the problems we see in Romanian online stores. The first one: company invoicing, filled in automatically from the tax ID (CUI).

Forelit needed to fully digitize and automate its B2B operations. We built the platform on WooCommerce, connected directly to SoftOne ERP: client accounts created automatically from ERP data, tiered pricing and volume discounts with advanced per-client rules, and automatically calculated grace periods.

We synced the store with SoftOne ERP for everything that could be synced: prices, stock, orders, and customers flow automatically between the two systems, with no manual work.
Rebela Goddess, a brand with its own tailoring atelier in Bucharest, previously had a presence only on Instagram. We built them a WooCommerce store with automated invoicing and shipping, plus pre-order support. The demand it generated outgrew production capacity, with the atelier now running at full capacity.
